Directions to NELA Rehab (coming from Downsville)

• Head northwest on Old Hwy 15 toward LA-15 N/LA-33 N (Road in front of Darbonne Woods Charter School). Turn right at the end of old Hwy 15 (going towards Farmerville).
• At the red light, turn right onto LA-2 E/E Water St (turn right on the road in front of the courthouse). Continue to follow LA-2 E.
• You will travel 0.3 miles down the road (towards Walmart).
• NELA Rehab will be on the right.
• There are two entry points to Boots Drive. Turn onto Cedar Street, and take an immediate left onto Boots Drive and our location will be the first building on the right.
• The second entry point is from LA-2. Turn directly onto Boots Drive and our location will be the third building on the left.

Directions to NELA Rehab (coming from Rocky Branch)

• Head north on LA-143 going towards Crossroads Baptist Church.
• At the caution light you will turn left onto LA-2 (going towards Farmerville).
• Travel northwest for 11.3 miles, your destination will be on the left.
• You can access this location from LA-2 and turn directly onto Boots Drive and our location will be the third building on the left.
